I'd move Correa and Buxton as soon as possible (assuming they would agree to wave their no trade clauses for the right team).  Both of these players when fully healthy are good assets to the franchise, but the problem is they almost never are and it's been year after year after year of not being healthy.  Time to cut the cord and move on.  I'd also take a long hard look at what Lopez might fetch for us in prospects along with Royce lewis. 

I honestly don't think this team is structured that well.  The Twins apparently can't afford Correa's contract which means they can't afford Buxton's or Lopez's contractor as a whole meaning they can't afford to have 60% of the payroll tied up in 3 players.  That mean at least 1 or 2 of those players must go and a rebuild must happen.

It's time to start over and rebuild.
