We won, apparently, and are in the finals.

And won the first game on the road with not so bad a comeback.

Well, not even me, but i am in the baron wastelands of the east coast. And i did talk a friend into turning it on his computer for the last couple minutes of regulation, and just thought it had been a close game the whole way, until some announcer mentioned we were in an 18-2 run. I didn't realize a fowl had been called to turn it into a 4 point play for the lead. It was an exciting finish, no two ways about it.

Threatening to come back again today...

 

Was apparently a 17 point game early on, down to 4 with a minute or two to go in the 3rd, back to 8 down with a quarter remaining.

Didn't make it back this time...

Lost by something like 12? I should go look at the recap. Anyway, winning once on the road is enough if they can win out at home, so they have negated the home court advantage of first seed Liberty.

I am always hoping for Minnesota to take a series from NY!

Oh yeah, i've been watching a ton of Lynx this year. It will be a real disappointment if they do anything less than make the Finals. If they are beaten by anyone other than the Aces, it's a disappointment.*

*I think they're better than the Aces, but Vegas is on a real heater heading into the playoffs
