I think it’s unlikely we see him again but there’s little to lose by trying. What’s he going to do, double hurt himself? There’s a good chance he’d do that anyway.

I've said before I think it's likely this is Dick's last year.

BSN is almost certainly not doing Twins next year, just seems like the time for a change has come.

No, they'll resign him and he'll work an abbreviated schedule.  He'll be plagued with a myriad of throat issues, but will battle back to work a game, here and there.

I don’t have access, so it makes no real difference to me, but yeah, something like only home games and Central division road games is the kind of way that a lot of announcers have exited. The great Vin did just six road games his final season, the opener in San Diego, two in Anaheim and the season-ending series in San Francisco.
