Thoughts on this reliever

I know that the twins already have enough in the bullpen however I think that there is one more arm we could add and that is Corey Knebel I think that if we trade Pagan (or even just outright release him) and replace him with Knebel the teams pitching staff could be in the top half of the AL. We have a solid rotation with Lopez, Ryan, Gray, Mahle, and Maeda and with Knebel, Jax, Lopez, and Duran in the pen this could be a playoff ready staff if all goes well.

Knebel was good.  He has been hurt for the last 2 years it seems.  A minor league deal if he accepts it would be great.  Get him in games every other day and see if he has anything left. He does give up a lot of walks when he is off.  But so does every pitcher.  I have been thinking the same thing as you.  But I feel any pitcher is better than Pagen.

I'm 100% on board for anything that gets rid of Pagan.

I see your point. It seems though that when he has been healthy though he has been really good. The last two years are equivalent to 69 innings (solid for a reliever) he has a 2.94 ERA
