Berardino: Gibson Looking Good in Rochester

Service time was a consideration before the season started but it isn't anymore. FA is delayed already. Bring Gibson up whenever he is ready. I would prefer that he gets a few more starts in AAA allowing a little of the control to come back.

Ridiculously athletic (held HS freshman record for pole vault). Ridiculously smart (4.0 GPA). I know she was getting some ugly stuff from internet pervs, but some of us just look at her in a fatherly way - my daughter kind of fits the same profile (he says adoringly) even if not quite at the same extreme in every way.

... as a [high school] sophomore, broke county and meet records and tied the sophomore national record with a jump of 13-4; later, broke all three records again with a mark of 13-5.75 ... set the freshman national record with a mark of 12-8

 

I have no idea what she might do, going forward. In the Olympics everything is metric, so she'll have to start over.
