cHawk Community Moderator Posted May 1, 2022 Posted May 1, 2022 Through the first 21 games of the 2022 MLB Season, the Twins have not been the type of team we predicted. Most of us predicted a Top 10 offense and a Bottom 10 starting rotation. However, the starting rotation has shined and the offense has struggled. Which is a bigger surprise to you? Or is something else an even bigger surprise than both of these? That’s the question of the day.
Number3 Verified Member Posted May 2, 2022 Posted May 2, 2022 Starting pitching no doubt and bull pen has done pretty well overall too. The classic was the 1-0 win over KC to avoid a sweep and a 3-7 record. That set them off on a 7 game winning streak and 1st place in the Central (for what that is worth now but take it). Then they drop the first game to Tampa but come back to win the next 2 with ease and take that series. Nothing better than getting used to winning and expecting to win. (I get the Os network on cable so get to see the next 4. How about 3 of those in the w column?)
