Ref was the sub for Donaldson, who was the DH to start the game, so they did not "lose it".

I would never fault a player for participating in the Olympics but damn, Ryan's timing on that sure is making things more difficult.

You threw out an assertion while offering no evidence.  I responded with evidence, and called it silly to ignore that evidence (never called you silly).  Rather than responding yourself with any kind of evidential rebuttal, or just letting it go, you chose to respond.  I'm not sure what other conclusion I would draw from that, other than that you aren't interested in any kind of reasoned interchange, but simply want to talk for the sake of talking.
