Side note: coming into this game, the Twins starting staff's June ERA was just over 7.5.

I don't bet on baseball games, so the Twins aren't costing me any money.

Whether they win or lose doesn't affect my family's interests.

Thankfully,every time they lose, I don't have a sign on me, about rooting for a loser.

So why do I get so upset?  Because I enjoy watching  baseball and they've been a part of my life for 60 years.

It's not worth the trouble or anxiety.  I think I'll start an ant farm.

I just came on line to see if anyone is still listening and talking about the game.  My hot take tonight is that Shoemaker and Happ are going to start piggybacking games!  Should be a dynamic duo.  But mostly I wanted to say thank you J - I will not be up after midnight to see if we might win - haha.  So good night everyone.

This free agent class has a good chance to be worse than the 2018 free agent class. This FO duo may not be the best at identifying valuable free agents.

Sano, just when you hope he's figured it out: 4-21 with 10 K's in his last 6 games including tonight. Cut ties and put Kirilloff at 1B when Buxton and Kepler come back. 

Don't know what to do with the starting pitcher rotation either, it seems beyond help at this point.

I just saw a stat:  The Twins have hit ZERO home runs off the curveball this season.  ZERO.  They rank 1st or 2nd in all of MLB in BA and OPS against the fastball.

I think the fact that Pineda signed that year gives this current group the edge, but damn I cringed thinking about Addison Reed and Logan Morrison.

No, really. It's a thing. My best racing snail has been in a prolonged slump. I thought maybe if I took his shell off, he'd be faster.

Didn't work though. If anything, it made him more sluggish.
