Strib video: Meet Aaron Hicks

Strib has a one-minute video talking to Aaron Hicks. He looks a lot older than in some of the previous pictures I've seen. I'm not a fan of the moustache, but I'll be interested to get to know this guy.

In the video he seems fairly mature and intelligent. I hope that he gets a chance this year.

Seems like a very likable guy. I think the smart decision is to let him play in AAA, but I would love it if he just forced his way to the bigs this spring. The extra year won't matter if we give him an early long term extension.

If I recall things I've read over the years he is suppose to have great reviews character-wise from within the organization. Probably something that helps the team feel confident in him.

Hicks is very intelligent, although I don't know why that would be in question. He's a good guy, confident this year. Grew up a lot last year. He is very mature, but it will be interesting to see how he handles things. It's a big step.
