University of Minnesota head basketball coach's reign of sub-mediocrity...on life support, not expected to survive the month.

 

I have thought of posting this multiple times over the past two months and they always pull out another win to pull me back in just enough. I expect a first round exit but they'll probably surprise us with an elite eight run.

One of the top basketball players in UofM history...Ray Williams...dead of colon cancer at 58. My favorite Gopher of all time. Sad history, post NBA, but had gotten himself together with the help of the Knicks, Celtics, Kevin McHale and others in recent years. What a player.

Finally on the board. At this point I need a couple of high value picks to come through. How did I not pick Chavez? Had I realized she was still alive, I likely would have gone with Thatcher. For some reason I thought she had kicked the can a couple of years ago.
