Is this a Brett Favre situation? Now that Bauer is with the Jets, I mean Reds, the Twins could trade for him. You have to admit, It would be fun to see Bauer pitch against the Indians three times in the last two months.

At the very least, I have to think the odds of Bauer being a Twin by this time tomorrow have increased a little bit.

Plus, then he wouldn't have to pitch against Kepler anymore.

Well after seeing that fight last night between Cincy and Pitt I think Bauer is definately going to a team where he will fit right in! And look who Cleveland got....I think that should add some stress to their team!

Only if the Reds GM has a death wish and doesn't want to ever make a meaningful trade again. I have to believe there is a gentlemen's agreement. The Cleveland GM doesn't even have to say it, when the deal is agreed to.
