When is Martin Perez signing official?

Just find it a little odd that he is not "officially signed" yet. Probably not as odd as the fact it was to a major league contract and not a minor league deal with a Spring invite like he should have got in the first place.

Just wanted to see which one of the 7 unworthy players gets axed from the 40 man roster.
