Was in Vegas for the season opener vs. Baltimore and at the time, Berrios was a 30-1 bet for AL Cy Young...I thought it was crazy he was even listed within the top 10 guys in the AL and that rate...now I look like the crazy one.

This just in....that Jose Berrios guy.  He's pretty good.

2018 is a small sample size, but his 2017 lends credibility to the narrative. He put up very good numbers for a 22-23 year old.

 

According to fangraphs, that age would be league average between A+ and AA, 22.4-23.8.

In the “prospect community” you could find people that would give Mother Theresa a 35 for makeup. The guy has been good at every level eventually I’m excited to see what happens if he uses his change up more
