Offseason 2017/2018 Manager Updates

I figured it would be good to start a forum on the managerial changes and new hires.

 

As we all know, the Tigers will replace Brad Ausmus with Ron Gardenhire. There's a lot of discussion about that here. 

 

The Mets will hire Cleveland pitching coach Mickey Calloway as their new manager. 

 

The rumors are that Astros coach Alex Cora will be the next manager of the Red Sox.

 

The Nationals let Dusty Baker go, so that managerial position is still open.

Alex Cora hired by the Red Sox this morning. 3 year contract.

I endorse both the Cora and Calloway decisions, with my very limited knowledge. The Gardenhire one is meh, but won't kill the Tigers one way or the other, probably.
