Berardino: Molitor weighs in on baseball's new rules

Baseball announced seven new rule changes for 2017 this morning. Molitor was asked by media in Sarasota today for his thoughts on the changes.

 

Specifically, he talked about the new intentional walk rule (automatic, rather than pitches) and the new 30-second limit for a manager to decide whether or not to challenge a play call.
