Isn't that from 2015? Because if it's from this year, Jonathan Lucroy at 14 is way off.

I found a lot of their rankings pretty questionable especially when looking at their own stats (like WAR). Why use statistics when your own biased opinion will work just as well to write an article and get clicks?
