2017 40 man roster additions?

I was curious who are the top players that need to be added to the 40 man roster this off season so we don't lose them in the Rule 5 draft. There seem to be quite a few players that could be removed from the current roster that may go unclaimed so the Twins should have a few more spots free.

Not very detailed about the minor leaguers who need to be added. Why Randy Rosario & Yorman Landa are on 40 man blows my mind.
