He sure would have, IMO.  Though the Nunez inside HR was an error, this one would have been legit.

Okay, but are you going to watch that scene over and over and over again ... every single game, every single play ... and have it still be funny? Maybe you are the only one still laughing at it after seeing it 100 times in a row within a 3-hr period. I stopped laughing after the first time I saw it.

yeah ... that's why it would have been even more fun to see ... although some might say the ball was misplayed off the wall, but I don't and won't. :)

I don't think it was really.  He doesn't know how that wall plays and no way for him to know how high it would bounce.

Well, I would certainly disagree that I post like that ALL THE TIME. Most of my posts ARE silly jokes and pictures poking fun at the team. But seems my pun-mobile was out of gas today.

Well, good news is, Twins are getting runners on base. 7 hits 2 walks in 3 innings.

Is it a "clutch" thing?  I gotta lead, heck, just throw fastballs.  Bases loaded, yeah, swing for the fences.

 

It's getting to the point beyond weird.

Okay, that's fair ... just kind of remember ... we all know how things are ... I mean, I say my fair share of ****s during bad games ... but then move on. It's only a game ... and in these trying times, let's use the threads to pick each other up instead because we really NEED that right now. 'K? :)

still is having issues with good curves from left handed pitchers.  The ones that end up at his shoe laces.

Yeah, well, not to be punny, but there's always a learning curve and this is Bux's to learn. But some pitches are going to just be good and will fool even the best of players. I'm hoping Bux will get there. Learning curve and all.
