Carew Special/T-Shirt

I watched the MLB Network Rod Carew special yesterday.  Very moving and inspiring.  If you haven't checked it out yet, i highly recommend finding out when the network intends to replay it.  

 

Watching the special, and also reading how Twins players wore "Heart of 29" shirts this weekend made me wonder how to get one of those.  Does anyone know how to acquire said shirt?  Any assistance or ideas are much appreciated!
