I know that everyone is eager to see Sano, but a LH bat in the process of heating up might be the logical choice as a Vargas replacement at DH. They'd still have the ability to use Hunter as a RH DH.

 

...but first Arcia needs to get that bat going. Gotta see some more of those games with 4+ TBs.

Yikes.  At this point, if that's your plan A) you better have a super strong plan B.  I'd probably take another year of Hunter, moving Mauer to right, or moving Plouffe or Sano to right over a Hicks/Arcia platoon at this point.  We're supposed to contend next year.
