What year should the Twins target for the next championship run?

What year should the Twins target in their rebuilding efforts towards a championship?

There is a lot of talk here about rebuilding for a future championship attempt. Some people have talked about 2013, others about 2014.

 

If you were the GM. what would be your target for the next championship run?

You must mean Central Division Championship run. To the Twins Management, that is winning a championship.

You still have the Pohlads no matter what year. Winning is not a priority. They tried to contract, sell the team--so they don't have a deep held desire for championships. If they did we would be contending now!
