  1. Nicely done Coolbelz...here's how it looks (Slight Salary differences as I've added MLBTR predictions EDIT better image uploaded)
  2. According to MLBTR Ryu has received a Qualifying Offer so depending on the contract and all that goes with it he WILL cost a draft pick Here's their full list of players receiving a QO Patrick Corbin, SP, Diamondbacks Yasmani Grandal, C, Dodgers Bryce Harper, OF, Nationals Dallas Keuchel, SP, Astros Craig Kimbrel, RP, Red Sox A.J. Pollock, OF, Diamondbacks Hyun-Jin Ryu, SP, Dodgers
  3. I like the offense in this plan...concerned on the trade price for Iglesias (btw you have Gordon being part of the trade package and as your fallback at 2B and the same rotation plus Pineda IF the starters progress and offense rakes this could be enough to worry the Indians
  4. Here's hoping for a little more than the Status Quo this Winter...we deserve it (this includes the DeadPool $$$ for Hughes, Big Erv and LoMo)
  5. A little Preview of the next You Be the GM Tool Here's Tom's Blueprint (didn't remove Ollie Drake for authenticity) with projected salaries and notes from his OP Future payroll does not appear to be much of a concern with this Blueprint
  6. Updated You be the GM 40-man Toolkit Shows current MLB 40-man roster with list of Rule 5 Eligible for this year and next Feel free to Make a Copy if you'd like or Duplicate the "DUPLICATE THIS SHEET TO MAKE YOUR PROJECTION" tab and make your own 40-man Take a screen shot and post for others to scrutinize as they see fit Here's mine
  7. Thanks Ash for clearing the air on Graterol Alcala is another player whose Rule 5 status has been debated Birthday: July 28, 1995 Signed: December 3, 2014 Houston Astros signed free agent RHP Jorge Alcala to a minor league contract. I believe the following earns him another year of Rule 5 freedom: (1) A player without previous Major or Minor League service who signs with a Major League or independent Minor League Club shall be subject to selection based on the following: (A) if 18 years of age or under on the June 5 immediately preceding the player’s signing, the player shall be subject to selection at the fifth Rule 5 Selection Meeting that follows the signing date of the player’s first Major or Minor League contract, unless Rule 5©(1)© applies; ( if 19 years of age or over on the June 5 immediately preceding the player’s signing, the player shall be subject to selection at the fourth Selection Meeting that follows the signing date of the player’s first Major or Minor League contract, unless Rule 5©(1)© applies; also from THE OFFICIAL PROFESSIONAL BASEBALL RULES BOOK.
  8. I may have to jump off the Sign Manny Machado Bus after a second attempt at stepping on Pearce's foot at first...not quite as bad as dead-legging Aguilar but still obvious attempt to injure /edit saw another replay and Pearce had a lot of the base covered so I'm only grabbing the let me off the bus line at this point
  9. Call me confused??? I believe Graterol DOES need to be on the 40-man this winter and being Right-Handed if he's the second coming of Kershaw I'll be more than amazed at his ambidextrousity
