    I agree with a couple of other posters on here that 4.5 million would not be enough. I feel like 2/12 would be more fair, and I would still do that as the Twins. If they don't extend Dozier and they trade Gordon for pitching, we will need a 2B for 2019 and possibly 2020. That would fit Escobar really well.

    How can you actually believe this, SMH. He pitched in the AL east and Berrios pitched in a weak central. Take out Stroman's 5 starts vs the yankees and look how much those numbers change.

    Our Wade Davis money is going to Yu Darvish. Rodney has been good, he'd be a great addition to this bullpen.

    This trade would never happen first of all.. I don't understand how you think Donaldson is "over the hill", Donaldson has had a 5+ WAR for 5 straight seasons.. Stroman is 26 under contract for 3 more years and he just put up a 6.0 WAR in his best season yet... I don't know what you could be thinking. Anyway the Jays wouldn't do this bc dealing each of them individually would get much better packages, and if I were the Twins I wouldn't because they are only here for 1 & 3 seasons..

    I sort of agree on some of the things Twinstalker said. So Pearson was a 3rd round pick, 85th overall.. He did terrible his first chance on pro fields... You can say he's ranked that high because of where he was drafted and how young he is, but that's never the case... Mirando was a higher draft pick, and broke out this year. there's no reason Pearson should be ahead of miranda because Pearson is 3 days younger. Or ahead of MiLBY pitcher of the year..

    No on the Mauer extension. I'm not to worried about Kohl. He lost his control last year and that could scare teams away, does't have the K numbers to handle big league pitching right now. If he gets selected I wouldn't be surprised to see him sent back by the end of march. More worried about Lewin Diaz and Nick Burdi in the Rule V.

    I like the Pearson pick up but people are definitely over reacting. No way Pearson is in the Twins top 15 prospects. Love that they did something, though. Interested to watch Pearson play next summer.

    I like Thorpe and Wade a lot. Nice to see them pretty high up, think Thorpe will climb lists this year. Cool to see Akil Baddoo cracked top 10. One of my favorite prospects in the system

    nooo, gotta keep him around. He is hitting alright. He should split time with Garver next season. The trade I'm hoping for is for a good starting pitcher like Marcus Stroman. right now the system is the strongest its been since Buck and Sano were in the minors. The new group of Baddoo, Javier, Gordon, kiriloff, Miranda are going to start jumping on some prospect lists. I'd say its a good time to move prospects like Gordon/Stewart/Jorge/Kiriloff and try to get a big arm like stroman. The only reason to keep Gordon would be if we plan on trading Dozier instead of extending him. Polanco is gonna have that SS job down for awhile.

    This took a lot of effort so I'm gonna say nice job first! Brusdar Graterol is a top 10 prospect and Akil Baddoo probably is too. Kohl Stewart should be about 10 spots lower I think. also think Wander Javier should be right around 3 or 4. These lists are based off Potential and projection. Zack granite obviously plays in the big leagues but i'd say his potential is way to low to be up there. at best he has a .700 OPS and is a 4th outfielder. To me a guy like Lamonte Wade should be ahead of him because he's got much more potential with the bat. Lewis Thorpe also should be around 10 or so. maybe switch him and Kohl. Tyler Jay probably shouldn't be in the top 20 even, his draft bonus will effect how high he is on those lists though i'm sure..

    gotta add slegers, easily would be taken and has been good in AAA. worth giving 6-8 starts before the end of the season then decide maybe if he should stay on it

    The twins should be able to add about 9. My order would go 1 Gonsalves 2 Littell 3 Curtiss 4Thorpe 5 stewart 6 Moya 7 Reed 8 Burdi 9 Slegers 10 Diaz Unless Diaz explodes I think he's the first one to be left off. Clay also could be borderline, I could see a team drafting him as a Loogy. Luke Bard is interesting too.

    I'm guessing Graterol will get to pitch one of the 2 games for Etown so that will be exciting to see. Jose Miranda and Andrew Bechtold dominating, I love seeing that. time for the next level to help CR in the playoffs.

    nobody here is talking about Andrew Vasquez though.. The guy has 63 K's in 40 innings. last year 51k's in 38 innings.. 0.89 ERA this year and 1.41 last year. I think this is a guy we have to push up to AA and possibly give this guy a september call up if he keeps it up and rips through AA. looks like he's legit outa the pen

    JP crawford is a top 5 prospect right? you wouldn't take Nick G over him?.. just saying the difference is not that big, Gordon higher level and Romero>Cease I believe
