    I kind of like it because it creates some actual parity. Other similar international tournaments are less interesting (i.e., Olympic basketball, hockey) because it's just one or two big teams vs a bunch of slouches.

    I've always loved the idea of LaVine just coming off the bench like a goddamn boss, playing ~20 min/game. If KAT And Wiggins are plugging 50+ every night, not sure we'd profit from Butler et al.

    I think you'd have to be pretty dense to feel heartened after last night's address. Platitudes abound. Most egregiously, his appropriation of the fallen soldier and his aching wife to defend the (hollow) merits of his untimely death brought me chills. And don't get me started on 'VOICE.' Shameful.

    OK, smart guys...here's another one for yous. My dryer has multiple settings for various levels of dry. It has a timed-dry option, more dry, less dry, and finally, it has an 'optimum dry.' Why do we have the other settings when we have optimum?! Why would anyone choose anything but optimum?
