This is great ... watch baseball and learn Spanish at the same time! And we are learning vicariously through you! Just awesome!

Well, I do sometimes talk out loud when I type ... but I didn't when I typed that ... but I have now said it out loud to make my original post accurate.

Maybe there's a random mlb tech person roaming your building while watching the game that you can flag down and get it fixed for you. (Unless you happen to be fluent in Spanish and it doesn't matter.)

I worry more about Polanco than I do Sano ... for one, he's in the hotter spot ... two ... he has a weaker arm ... and three ... well, I do wonder about Polanco's range. There, I said it ...

Just go back to the beginning of the thread and unlike all the posts you liked ... then start liking again ... and when you run out again, go back to the page you left off at and start unliking again ... wash, rinse, repeat.

I love everything Minions! Even though it's not my birthday, thank you!!!

    BUXTON!
  8. Squirrel
Well, poop ... I wanted runs this inning.
  9. Squirrel
Btw everyone ... in case you didn't read it along the way ... it's Mike's birthday today ... I'll just throw that in there every 4-5 pages or so.
  10. Squirrel
    I don't know ... how?
  11. Squirrel
Heh ... just before the game started I had to go down to the office manager to ask if my Comcast account got straightened out (our condo building has a contract with them for group service) when an Xfinity truck pulled up to answer a service call to my next door neighbor ... so yeah ... was kinda random ...
  12. Squirrel
Okay ... bats, bats and more bats ...
  13. Squirrel
Okay ... back to English ... there was an Xfinity guy in the building ... apparently some of the boxes have been reverting to Spanish for some reason ... funny thing is I have two cable boxes, one didn't do that, just one did.
  14. Squirrel
And my MLB Extra Innings free preview is coming through in Spanish ...
  15. Squirrel
Geeeeez ... he only had 6 months to do it ...

Back when I was a kid, they had this nifty newfangled toy called a transistor radio. And it even came with an earpiece. Not unlike the size and shape of today's phones!

Today is a big one, a huge national holiday ... It's 'Wish Mike Sixel a Happy Birthday' Day!! If you were Mike, how would you celebrate? Happy Birthday Mike! I hope the beer is good today!

Well, how many do you want ... one or six? Send us a pm and we'll get you signed up. Take a look at the 2nd post for remaining dates. Still some left in April.

And taking a break to put up a game thread ... yay!

You misunderstood my point. Brock pointed out that Ford didn't have a good time of it. I think Pence is in for worse because at least Ford was a decent person and moderate. Pence is neither. But yes, in that one aspect you mentioned, I would definitely trust Pence over Trump. I can't imagine anyone who wouldn't except a complete idiot.
  21. Squirrel
And Ford was a decent human being and a moderate.

I think we are all as baffled as you, but there is lots of discussion about it in this thread, if you want to read through it.http://twinsdaily.com/topic/25367-article-surprises-mark-twins-opening-day-roster/ And this thread, too. http://twinsdaily.com/topic/25390-souhan-killing-my-optimism-buzz/
  23. Squirrel
Dave ... we all hate you.
  24. Squirrel
    Yes, we hope ...
  25. Squirrel
Yup. It pretty much stinks. Even though the crowd was small at yesterday's game, Park got the loudest response both when the lineups were announced and when he came to his first at bat (and then after he got the single).
