    Thank you for clearing up the vesting option confusion about Suzuki. I know I was confused whether it's a team/player option or what. The way you explained it makes me wonder why they did not try to flip him if he's bound to be a FA anyways.

    That's fair. My B grade is probably inflated a bit because we've been used to the 1 minor deal or zero activity the last 5-6 trade deadlines.

    I'll give Antony a B today. Made 3 necessary trades for the types of returns we were expecting. Getting Nolasco off of this team is a yuge win in my book. Hopefully once we're in the dog days of August Suzuki, Milone, Plouffe, and Kinzler are added to the departure list.

    Yep. Not concerned when he's going to be 27 next season. If we miss out on something good between 27-33 years old, oh well.

    With the kind of returns we're seeing for relief pitchers, I wouldn't have minded throwing out May in the market to see what kind of return he'd get.

    Nah, I've got to disagree with you. Antony will be a candidate, sure. The candidates the firm will present will not be filler. If that's the case, they made a terrible mistake hiring them. The firm will screen and qualify 4-5 good candidates along with Antony, and let the Pohlad's make their decision.
