    I wish he had, as the bullpen arson squad seems to be in fine form the 6th inning. Fortunately, we got out of it with the lead intact.

    It doesn't appear as though they're fighting very hard or with much enthusiasm for it.

    Mostly due to an utter lack of clutch hitting.

    They've shown time and time again that they're generally incapable of playing sound and strategic baseball, when it means something. You can blame whomever you want, but I think there's plenty of blame to cast all across the team and its baseball operations.

    When they needed to play big yesterday and today, they played very small. Same old garbage we've seen multiple times before. So utterly disappointing!

    Agree completely. Happy that he likely got to live out his boyhood dream, however.

    True, but I'm not convinced he's a MLB caliber pitcher.

    Another bases loaded walk. We'll take 'em however we can get 'em.

    Would be nice to get at least one of those runs back. But more than one would be even better.

    But we're staying semi-competetive, which is all that team management apparently wants. Pretty sad and disgusting, in my opinion.

    The way this team is (not) hitting, I'm not all that confident we'll even win the Tighty Whitey series, let alone sweep them.
