    Curious that they seldom pin any blame on the players themselves. IMO, that's where most of the blame should usually go.

    Even though it was an interesting and exciting end, we basically got what we deserved tonight. Another game where largely incompetent pitching did us in again.

    That's what happens when one team is executing efficiently and the other one isn't.

    Well, I think I've had enough of this s*** show. They'll need a whole lot better pitching tomorrow, from everyone, than they got tonight. Much better clutch hitting would help, too.

    I really have to wonder what he thought he was going to accomplish with that swing. Almost looked like he really wasn't trying all that hard to do something positive at the plate. Apart from the one hit, it almost looked like his mind was not in the game. If so, that's completely unacceptable.

    Swung at a pitch that bounced in front of the plate. AARGH.

    With Hader and Presley in the back of the Astro bullpen, this is the inning they'll likely have to do it.

    I think that run was likely the beginning of the end of any real chance to win this one. Sigh.

    Exactly. The unis have absolutely nothing to do with it.

    Nothing new there. Most of his AB are outs that accomplish nothing positive or productive.

    Worse yet, we can't use a DH for him.

    And, for the most part, he's not even coming close to matching it in most of his starts. With an ERA well north of 5, that's almost 5th starter territory. Not good at all!

    Been seeing a lot of those lately. Definitely not good.

    Looks like the bad Pablo appeared for the 6th inning. At least 4 earned runs in 5+ innings. Yet another poor stat line. AARGH.

    The sac bunt by Vazquez wasn't the problem. The pop up bunt attempt by Castro was definitely a problem.
