    Concur, and I would add Buxton and Sano. I would add others like Polanco ad Vargas but their complicated by how they are used.

    That in a nutshell is the Twins. When Buddy comes back we are going to have 3 THREE Indy players on this roster. On a team which supposedly had one of the top MiLB systems in baseball the last few years and is in rebuild mode. None of it seems to make sense.

    I wasn't a big Bob Hope fan, I always thought him smug. I liked guys like Skelton, and Winters. A little more sophmoric, (I can almost hear Vanimal keying in Skelton and Winters into Google)

    I am of mixed emotions. I would have loved to pitch just once in the MLB. At the same time, I feel sorry for Albers, he is completely in over his head. But he can always he pitched in the 'Show'.

    I thought so, at first I thought it was Robbie Grossman chasing a fly ball to left center, but when he caught it he gave himself away.

    Cleveland had three hits, including a double and triple, and a BB and scored one run. Dick said Albers struggled a little bit.

    That's a tough one. Frankly I think the Vikes. They have had some dominating teams that ended in some heartbreaking playoff losses, with odd happenings. The Twins have actually really never had a dominating team, maybe way back in the 60's or early 70's. Even when they won it all, they were basically an average team on a roll. So the pain was muted when they usually got wiped out in the playoffs.

    You can't have everything you want. Look at the bright side, we have our number 1 catcher going, and our original starting SS. Strong up the middle at least!

    I have given up caring about the Twins. I watched that Vike preseason game Sunday, and the new stadiums is absolutely phenomenal, the defense was fierce, and it finally looks like Bridgewater is ready to lead us deep into the playoffs. I can't wait. Finally a QB of our own, not some import from WI! It's gonna be awesome. Who need the Twins anymore!

    I don't know if or what stat takes into account all the mishandled balls and poor feeds that turn into only one out on a DP ball. Or the throws that aren't handled cleanly on a tag play, no error recorded, and no out. There have been a lot of them at second base this year.

    Molitor is managing, and doling out playing time, and talking like he is trying to win games. We are so far past that. This should have been an extended tryout camp since about May 15th. I would like to hear Molitor, or for that matter Antony give one coherent rational reason for the continued procession of Indy league players into Mpls, while we have guys running out of options in MiLB. For example, ABW, Palka, and Vargas. I don't know there option status, but they gotta be running out pretty soon. While I am not sure of ABW and Palka, I am fairly sure that Vargas will at least make a MLB DH. But I can say with a 100 % degree of certainty that the latest Shaefer is not going to help this team in the future. So why exactly is he here. One good rational reason, please. And for heavens sake, don't tell me it's to help the vets win, ugh!
