  1. Ask and ye shall receive about Rosario
  2. So no Rosario for either Gimenez or Grossman in the outfield then?I saw that Kepler is out today.
  3. SO maybe wrong thread but if the game ends with this score does Duffy get the W?
  4. And then some I would say, but who knows Mejia surprised us last night so maybe Gibson will too. He has been somewhat better since he got his wake up call in Triple A.
  5. Gimenez can't be much worse then what they have been trotting out there outside of Santana and Berrios, right? And that in itself is depressing.
  6. Driving from Kentucky to Minnesota, you see a lot of "Kansas" type scenery, but at least there is usually a Twins game at the end of the trip to brighten it up.
  7. Guess we better hope the offense scores 20 runs tonight
  8. i just checked the game cast to see that Turley has picked right up where he left off. Looks like another long night.
  9. Must say the game thread is a great middle of the day at work read! Thanks to all who make them and keep them coming!
  10. Hoping for a win tonight! I read somewhere, likely in one of the threads here, that this season Santana has often followed a not so good start with a great one. Here is me hoping for a win tonight!
  11. I am hoping for a split given the starters that are going to be going this weekend. Given the way this season has been, if the games were in Cleveland I would be hopeful for 3 wins out of 4 but since it is at home that isn't as likely. Which can I take a moment to say how odd it is that they have such a good road record and have the worst home record?
  12. I'm sitting here now imagining the sound of a Sano homer off of Meyer's heater, which would be LOUD.
  13. Has anyone heard the results of Sano's appeal hearing?
  14. Unfortunately as has been said previously in the comments, I believe we are in for another year and a half of him. Hopefully we can see some adjustments to the shifts, however unlikely that is, which will at least force the defense to play a little less dramatic of a shift, which could help some of his line drives to left field fall. The question then becomes, what do the Twins do at the end of 2018? Does he get an offer of a one year deal or does he just retire? I'm almost more concerned about this than his hitting now, because as has been stated, he is here to stay for the next year and a half.
  15. The score line for the Rochester game shows Norfolk winning not rochester
  16. A big congrats to May! Hopefully he comes up and continues what he is doing at Rochester (with some regression) and sets himself up nicely to be a part of next season's rotation! Also, a big congrats to Seth for the scoop!
  17. Not sure if this thread belongs here or not, however here goes. Has anyone heard anything about who Saturday's starter is going to be? ESPN still shows no starter name, info, etc. So hopefully that means that either Meyer or May is going to make their long awaited debut.
  18. Great list and full of great detail, especially on some of the lower Top 25 prospects. Thanks for the hard work!
  19. I want Meyer to get the start, but I believe May will get the start which I am ok with.
