    Thanks for a thread/article that covers the almost current happenin's. I don't look so closely, but i don't see much of that (except of course the Byron Incident) That said, if they are havin' scrimmages, well, they kinda gotta have two sides. I would be hesitant to read much beyond that into pairs of pitchers.

    I don't know... All the competition has the same advantages, except they also gotta face the Twins. And i don't wanna be so huberistic as to call that an advantage just yet... It means the play offs will mostly be strangers who haven't played each other at all over the season. Well, except for perhaps the World Series. I hope our scouting department comes on strong for the post season!

    I'm sad to hear that. I was looking forward to hearing Earl's review of the players. We might find some business opportunities by comparing them to Len's reports. At least Earl will serve a valuable lesson for the values of social distancing and the benefits of curbside pickup. I am curious how many he will serve...

    I imagine the remoteness of Hawaii may have something to do with the timing of Rosaio's announcement. He may have agreed to terms about the same time as the others, but perhaps relevent documents took longer to be mailed places? Only speculating here...

    I don't know. 5 minutes out of a day... 1440 minutes. That sounds like a ratio to me. I contend he's still being rational, rationing his enjoyment of the finer things in life, which in these days seem a bit harder to come by than usual. Good on him. TC Bear better be miked if it's AJ under the hood.

    Yes. Mathematically speaking. That's a might better than 1 every other inning. Except... Hey, if pitching does its part, we could do it in one exceedingly long tie game. Just gotta also break the extra inning record by several orders of magnitude.

    I think you've got something here, but there's work to be done... How tall do you have to be to topple the statue? Is there a well marked splash zone? Being able to rent it out to different locations could be a marketable opportunity. Though it might be a good idea to install Lojack.
