    That would be bad, imo. Some players get better, like Koskie, some don't. But, if you are going to lose, you should try to, you know, take risks and let players grow (or not). I take it you'd just move Sano to DH now?

    shopify is a LONG term play for me. I thought NVIDIA was too, but I might just have to lock in some cash next year to pay off some debt. Especially if they lower tax rates next year....

    Maybe the point is that no matter how good Dozier is, they won't win w/o some pitching.....that those arguing the Twins should keep Dozier are ignoring that they can't win with this pitching staff. Maybe. Not sure. That's how I read it.

    trading 1 player for 2-3 that are in line to be on the roster in 1-2 years is a tear down? I think we define that differently....

    Absolutely nothing, unless you want to be a journalist, at which point you should be objective. If he's not a journalist, nothing at all....No place did I say there was anything wrong, I said, pretty clearly, that it is hard to take him seriously as an independent journalist who should be trusted with news, IF he's a PR arm of the team.

    Being "in on" a guy, imo, is very different than scouting them. Like I said, I am judging this solely on what I read from him, and he seems to carry their water a lot. "gee, they just missed out on this guy" type stuff...I could be wrong, it's just my opinion.

    I'd 100% want prospects back, the Twins need to rebuild. That said, most of the prospects he listed are in AA or AAA or have some MLB time already, this isn't a bunch of rookie ball guys....

    Well, he has tweeted for years that the Twins were "in on" every Cuban.....IMO, and this is me not knowing anything other than what I read, he's a mouthpiece for the Twins.

    we won't know how well they are playing it until he is traded or not.... I can't see how anyone can take what Doogie says seriously, as anything other than a PR piece for the Twins. Still waiting for all his "the Twins are in on X" to come true 1 time....

    I didn't know enough about Meyer and the history of tall pitchers to get that one correct, nor do I recall what I thought then. I think, not sure, but I think I liked the Revere trade, except for the fact they had already dealt Span. frankly, had they just kept May as a starter, I think I'd like that trade still.

    I still want clarity...are you suggesting they can expel them for this action, just not label them sexual offenders? And, I lean toward your position, in the abstract, of working outside the courts. I am. But, and this is important, kicking someone out of college should be up to the college, not the courts. So, yes, those "tribunals" will always exist.
