    That's quite literally not as interesting as having it right by Target Center, where they had a huge open area, and built one of the worst set of buildings ever, that didn't even allow you to flow thru them.....inside of them you had to go outside to get from one part to the other. The sculpture garden also is not a public space, it is a private space. Minneapolis aims low. Frankly, the art hasn't changed in years, and most of it is not interactive. It's stale.

Also, I don't think Buxton is a STAR, at least not that you can predict right now. He could maybe be had, but I doubt Sano signs an extension any time soon.

    It was nice to "see" on gameday. I really like the quote about Sano, I always felt the previous regime was publicly questioning some players, rather than publicly encouraging some players.

    KLAW talked about Jay for some length today. Mostly he is surprised that the new leadership didn't see him in person some before deciding, and in general that it happened so quickly. Not ripping them, just surprised.

    I like bunching his best OBP guys up. I don't have an issue putting Buxton in the three spot, and challenging him. At some point, Byron hits, or this team is "meh" anyway. You can have a strategy, and go slightly off it, and still have a plan. It may also be a sign, though I'd be surprised, that Paul is thinking long term and not just this year.

    Santana won't have value, but he'll be a quality starter? If he's a quality starter, he'll have value at the deadline. As Brian Cashmen said, you gotta rebuild at some point, and trade off guys to build a sustainable team....

    It appears they return every hour or so, based on when used. That's my unscientific analysis of my ability to like slowly returning today. I feel like my super powers are finally back!

    tough call at that point. I wonder what my lines would be on that....how close before I don't trade ... though I believe it would depend on how I got there. Let's hope we actually have to discuss if they should deal for help, and not just deal to get more future...

    I like it when the Twins win. I like ESan, still amazes me we didn't hear more about teams wanting to trade for him. Not a huge fan of the lack of hitting, but Duffy is a great pitcher, and you don't swing at bad pitches and get good results, so scoring all the runs that way is still good, if not indicative of what I hope we see.

    My Spanish speaking sons were amused i could recall almost none of the words just 20 minutes or so after the game....just as they've been amused for over a decade while they tried to teach me.

    I really hope they keep Gordon at SS at least half the time. He's the most likely future there. They are set at 2B, assuming they keep Polanco and/or Dozier, not to mention they can move Gordon there later if needed. I really hope the RPs show control and health, that is a much more exciting list than the MLB roster, imo. Overall, this is a very good roster. Hoping for health, really.
