    So is the guy they just traded for......But someone needs to be in AAA ready, because we all know guys will get hurt. Who is your 7th guy when 2 guys are hurt next year?

    Good question! Mendez is either a DH or 1B. I'm not sure what I'd do, but likely not. This guy is "meh" and he's likely in MN for 8-10 starts, and then not on the roster next year (I'm guessing they trade him in the offseason).

    Or they could use them at second and short, and have their IF set for six years. Unless they get 3 plus years of a great player back, I don't like dealing Culpeper.

    Not interested. Six years of Culpeper and six years of a starting pitcher, for 1.5 of another SP and Neto, who is very good and I really like? Like, a lot of people here want to trade the future CF, not in this deal but other threads, and SP for this roster. I don't get it.
