    I think it's more likely SWR is dealt for a top prospect. He struggles the third time thru, but plenty of teams have a huge need for pitching and would like him. I'm hoping for a catcher or first baseman.

    There is real talent there, but something is holding them both back. With Julien, I think it's in his head. I have no idea what's down with Miranda. I expect both to be dealt for lottery tickets or RP. Or as part of a larger deal. I expect one of them to do some good things, for at least some time, after that.

    I'm not sure your point? He's never going to play third in the majors. Why play there now? They did this to Martin also, which is why he's not yet good in the outfield.

    To be clear, I'd like to see him get a shot, but..... It's not egregious he hasn't. I'm not convinced he'll hit, but he's more likely than some that have started at DH....

    Got to promote him to AA this year, and move him to first. He's never playing third in the majors. Like keeping Martin at short for no reason..... keeping this guy at third makes zero sense.

    18 replies after a win. I think some people just have nothing to say if things go well..... If, and it's a big if, Buxton and CC play like the stars they are, this team can win a lot of games.

    They have one developmental guy in AAA, Rodriguez. No other non pitching prospects. That's an issue. I agree, it is unrealistic to expect them to be filled with MLB ready players, but they have one, other than Miranda and Julien, who it isn't clear are prospects anymore.

    Because he's not nearly as good as Lee defensively. If I could get two fifty value guys, I'd do it right now. But I doubt it very much.
