    I said to tune out of TALK, not ACTION if you want,. I don't know how to make that more clear. And I said to do it only if listening to talk makes you unhappy. I'm boggled that this isn't clear. Judging an action with the information we have at the time is the best way to judge an action. Because no one makes an action in hindsight, they make it with the information they have (to be clear, we don't have all the info they have, so they should be right a lot more often than us). Also, just because something works, does not make it the right decision. The perfect example is drunk driving. Just because you make it home doesn't make it right. In any event, have fun everyone. That was my point. If you aren't having fun, why are you doing what your are doing for entertainment (not survival, not relationships with people, etc.)?

    What's the point of discussing trades years later, other than hindsight 50th guessing? I mean, this is a site to talk about stuff, and that was a lot of stuff to just ignore.

    I'm guessing DeAndrade moves to third mostly at this point. Frankly, I want Winokur at third or the OF, as if he plays SS, something went very badly for Houston and Lee and Culpepper. Stop putting guys at SS because "it is easy to move later." I've always been higher on DeAndrade than most.....

    Low A is likely less difficult than major college baseball, so it's good to see him succeed so far. Looking forward to seeing him the coming years....

    I'd love to see him up here.....is he a better 2B than Keaschell? Put Keaschell at first? (I don't really care about CLemens one way or the other). Or can Eeles really play LF?

    I didn't like the Lewis pick when it was made. I've been convinced a few times I was wrong, but mostly not .....I hope, still, to be wrong. I have no idea if Lee can be good or not, but I think it is too early to know for sure. I like Culpepper's odds, but you neve really know......At least they have a line of guys that might be good in the minors, that's a start.

    Agreed. I think there is zero chance Gasper sticks, though, and I'd have someone else up....

    People here begged them to deal Kepler. Other people said extend him. I don't think it's hindsight for many.....

    I'll try to be more clear. If you are doing something that makes you unhappy, it's healthy to stop. People here say it makes them angry to listen to the FO and manager. I'm suggesting not listening to the inane babbling. It's healthier. Nothing about that states not to care about what they do.... Or to know what they do.... Or not to care about the team.... It's merely about listening to corporate speak, when that make you unhappy, maybe don't do that. I don't know how to be more clear. If you want to listen, great! Go for it. I'm merely suggesting if listening to their lies makes you unhappy, stop listening to the pressers.

    They just traded for him. This take is weird. To be clear, I hated this trade. But he's on the roster and was great two years ago.

    Soto? He's missed the entire year and is a HS kid still at this point. They aren't putting all the rest of the starters in the bullpen, you need 2-3 in waiting. Plus, they see more value of starters so they'll wait to convert others. Go look at the free agent list, and ask yourself who they would sign. They aren't signing a CF, 3b, SS, 2b. What corner OF that is good will sign for one year, given they have five or six OF in the majors, AAA and AA? That leaves first and catcher.......

    Sure. 100 percent. My point was to stop reading press, stop watching interviews. People here complain non stop about the words, stop listening. There are other ways to spend your time.
