  1. It would be great to see Joe Ryan back around Labor Day to get 2 or 3 starts down the stretch, If healthy that would be a tremendous help.
  2. I know everyone is pretty aggravated after yesterday's loss, but the main thing I see is lack of hustle which reminds me of last year at this time. Buxton doesn't run hard on the ground ball double play ball in the first inning. Also, I'm not a fan of jogging to first base even on a single like Bell does. No idea what Martin was doing on the fly ball to left in the 8th. That looked pretty routine to me,
  3. They can't have Caratini and Gray in the lineup together, too many automatic outs. I agree with everyone else that both Jenkins and Culpepper should be called up immediately. I'm sure this team would welcome 2 young talents to help.
  4. I look at it this way, the Twins are playing meaningful games in August which has to be a surprise to most if not all Twin fans. If they can stay in the race until mid-September when they host the Indians followed by the Yankees would be fantastic. I think this team has something about it that will keep them in the race till then.
  5. I agree with this sentiment, sign Jeffers to a long term contract to show that you are in it to win!
  6. Great Win last night. Despite the mistakes and relievers, this team is really fun to watch. Roden looks like a Keeper. Great AB!
  7. It is great seeing this team play good. I see a lot of criticism but it looks to me that everyone is hustling and giving it their best. I think Shelton is doing a fantastic job! Need the bullpen to step up a little more this coming week to have at least go 4-2 and get close to 500.
  8. So much fun watching this team play! Outman and Caratini look overmatched against average pitching.
  9. It is really nice just watching this team play now. They are not the most talented team in the AL but I love teams that play for one another like TB and MIL. Let's keep it going in CHI this week.
  10. It is fun watching this team play now. Hopefully they continue to improve and stay in the hunt for both WC and division.
  11. At least the Twins are fun to watch because they are playing hard. Who knows how far this takes them but I'm going to keep enjoying the games in the meantime.
  12. It's time to end the Wallner experiment. Terrible in the OF, too many strikeouts or terrible at bats plus clogging the bases going one base at a time. Get an athlete who can play defense and run and hit for average in there.
  13. It really is unbelievable that these athletes in their early and mid 20's have so many injuries.
  14. Would love to see more base stealing along with moving runners over. Also better at bats with men on second or third with less than 2 outs. Last year was very frustrating not scoring with runners in scoring position with 0 or 1 out.
  15. The Twins organization could easily drop to the level of Pittsburgh this coming year if they aren't there already. Why would you devalue an asset that you are trying to sell? It makes no sense. Obviously, the Twins were worth more at the beginning of 2025 than they are now. I think a sell is the only avenue for Twins fans.
  16. Rocco should sit in the Cleveland dugout for a year to learn how to manage.
  17. Just take a look at the 8 relievers the Twins are currently using. Not one MLB arm.
  18. They should also trade Buxton, Lewis, Lee and Keuchel and become a true Minor League team. They probably then can play St. Paul in crossover games.
  19. I can never understand how Rocco can bat Wallner or Larnich in the leadoff spot. Not only are they double play candidates in later innings to kill rallies, strike out candidates, but they also clog the bases if they happen to single.
  20. I find it amazing that Rocco is now letting the guys run the bases and play exciting baseball. Where was this approach 2 to 3 months ago when the games meant something?
