    Not sure if there any additional tricks up the sleeve(s) of FalZoll. Is this the 2025 Twins lineup? C: Jeffers 1B: Miranda 2B; Lee SS: Correa 3B: Lewis RF: Wallner CF: Buck LF: Larnach DH: Rocco Rotation 4th OF: Bader Util: Castro Util: Sire of Ft Myers (see below) Backup C: Vazquez ST Battle Royale: Martin, France, Julien, Gasper, Ford, Keirsey (6 men enter and 2 men join the Big Club)

    Ford and Keaschall were invited to ST. Gasper, Miranda, Julien will be there too. Surely someone in that group should be able to play first base for us in 2025.

    Enjoyed these last year. February 17th is the first all squad workout. ⚾️

    Pictures and catchers report this Thursday and the 1st full squad workout is on Monday the 17th. Look who is already down there putting in work.

    I’ll admit I’ve been consumed by all of the 1B chatter (hello Larnach), but isn’t 2B just as murky? ST battle in the making - Lee, Julien, Martin, Gasper? Am I missing anyone? Maybe this is where Castro helps most at least early on w/Eeles and Keaschall lurking at AAA.

    Get Plouffe to camp, he can work with Royce on his throws from 3B.

    Castro’s 25 starts at five different positions was great last year and saved our bacon. But as he faded in the latter part of the season, I couldn’t help but wonder if he had been over exposed. I think he is more valuable coming off the bench, stealing bases, and giving guys the occasional day off.

    If you’re not going to trade for Diaz or Mountcastle then get Larnach a first baseman’s mitt!

    Bader contract details: February 7: The Twins officially announced the Bader signing today. Per Bobby Nightengale of The Minnesota Star Tribune, Bader gets a $750K signing bonus and $4MM salary this year, followed by a $1.5MM buyout on the mutual option, though that buyout can climb to $3MM based on plate appearances. Per Jon Heyman of The New York Post, the buyout increases by $200K at 400, 425 and 450 plate appearances, then by $450K at 475 and 500. The option is valued at $10MM. There’s also a $500K assignment bonus if traded.

    Someone get Larnach a first baseman’s mitt. Give him some time there in ST, he can rotate between LF, DH, and 1B until Emma comes up midsummer. After that he’s primarily 1B/DH.

    Please, please trade for Diaz or Mountcastle. Are we really going to F-around and find out what it looks like to not have a real 1B?

    Coulombe and Bader make us better. Still need to upgrade 1B, is there a trade forthcoming? Diaz, Mountcastle - they’d look great in a Twins City Connect uniform⚾️

    Not sure they would but it is about all I would be willing to give up. Could throw in a low level prospect as well.

    I can get behind Coulombe and Bader but these two are a no for me. Must be something else brewing on the old hot stove ⚾️

    Larnach looks like a first baseman. That’s his future home.

    Can we just move Larnach to 1B already? With Jenkins and Emma knocking at the MLB door Larnach needs a long term home.
