  1. 7-13 start, same as 2024. Runs scored and runs allowed are nearly identical. At least we’re consistent. Great debut by Keaschall. We need him to provide a spark. Not sure what to make of Jax but 3 losses on him to start the season has my level of concern rising (looking like 22 Pagan). This should be a stretch where we can get to .500 - ATL, CHISox, LAA. Definitely not a sure thing if last night is any indication.
  2. Excited to see Keaschall at the MLB level. Hope he performs well enough that he makes it a tough decision when dudes on the IL return. I am wondering what the corresponding move is? What does this mean for Correa/Castro?
  3. Exciting news. Keaschall will be a draft and development success story. Happy for him and the Twins!
  4. Per Bobby Nightengale: Carlos Correa said he’s been dealing with some wrist discomfort since the end of last season. An MRI last year “didn’t show anything too serious,” so he’s optimistic about the severity. Matt Wallner said his hamstring was more tight than painful.
  5. Better make those adjustments soon or it’ll be too late. Also his speed (or lack thereof) he is in the 30th percentile for sprint speed. Is he trying to preserve those heels or is he still hurting?
  6. NGL I like the white!
  7. Another reason that the collapse and this slow start hurts. The AL is just not that good and we are not able to take advantage of that.
  8. Need a couple runs here… via Codify Baseball: 2025 American League Run Differentials: +23 DET +21 NYY +18 TB -1 TOR -2 CLE -3 CWS HOU LAA -4 SEA -6 BAL -11 KC -15 BOS -17 MIN -19 TEX -24 ATH That's right. Only 3 AL teams have outscored their opponents.
  9. Definition of sell low - slow SS that’s batting .156 Correa isn’t going anywhere. From Nick Nelson: Carlos Correa launch angle by season 2021: 12.1 2022: 11.6 2023: 10.6 2024: 8.9 2025: 6.2 He currently ranks 13th out of 177 MLB hitters in GB% — bad news for a guy who cannot run — and the scary part is it seems like he's been trending this direction for a half-decade.
  10. He looked good on Friday. I’m happy to see him again Weds. There will likely be at least 1 more Pablo start to fill. Let Festa eat!
  11. Was really encouraged by his performance LY. Good college hitter that hasn’t figured out the MLB. Another of the many concerning starts for the hitting side in 2025.
  12. Good effort by France on this one. About sums up the effort level out there.
  13. 3 hits by the offense and Bad News Bears on the basepaths and defense. That’s been our recipe since mid-August. Teams are circling series with the Twins and ChiSox as a time to stack up some wins. Hard to see a way out. There are so few bright spots.
  14. 101 pitch night for Joe. I’d say he did what he could do now it’s time for the batters to pick him up.
  15. That sucks for us. But we can’t expect these guys that have been doing well to be unclaimed forever. McCaughan pitched well for the Saints yesterday.
  16. Mets own the #1 era in the league, Twins own the 26th OPS in the league. Something has to give ⚾️
