  1. Might be hard to attract free agents into this mess if there is any money. I’m still holding on to a tiny shred of hope that the limited partners are good and that they will help guide this ship.
  2. Don’t build up the volume in 2025. Keep him healthy. A 4th pitch would be a great thing for the offseason.
  3. Only two fellas under contract for 2026 and the ghost of C4. Lots of decisions to be made. Pablo 21.5mil Buck 15mil Ghost of C4 10mil (this may be our 3rd highest salary 🤣)
  4. Twins are hitting .190 with runners in scoring position since the All-Star break. Rank 24th in OPS w/RISP. Mostly awful at hitting. At 7-11 they have the same record as the Astros since the fire sale. #unwatchable
  5. There should be a spot on the 2026 Twins for Hatch. So far he has been auditioning well. Keep him in the pen as a 2-3 inning guy.
  6. Nice take. Just because you can get your bat to all the balls doesn’t mean you should. Seems like Lee’s head is in the right space and he’s working on pitch recognition and being more selective. Not sure where he ends up defensively but I like him as a Twin.
  7. Gleeman: Twins and Astros are both 7-10 since the Carlos Correa trade.
  8. Josh Jung had a blue lightsaber bat. He must be a Jedi Guardian. 🤓
  9. Maybe the answer is yes. Neither one of these guys is a great leader. Saying you want to be a leader (C4) and having a title of a leader (Rocco) doesn’t mean you’re actually gonna be able to effectively lead a team. Rocco did fine when he had Cruz and the bomba squad. Cruz was a leader and he didn’t have to strategize. Correa was fine when he was with a strong group in Houston and will be fine there again. Maybe he wasn’t ready/able to be the main guy in MN. Ultimately this is a top down problem from the Pohlads to Falvey. For the last 163 games it has shown up on the field.

  11. TBD is Hatch and friends? Not sure whose turn it is any more.
  12. Called strike three. Buck needs to flush this game.
  13. I got a little too excited with the performance last week. This week is the complete opposite. I guess all I can hope for is that they play somewhere in between.
  14. Looks like that Thursday game was as close as we’re gonna get in this series. Ugly. Ryan And Ober are the only two starting pitchers we have so we only have a chance every two out of five games.
  15. Fun fact: Abel pitched opposite Dallas Keuchel
  16. swinging at a pitch in the right hand batters box.
  17. Hey our 2nd baserunner of the GD game! Come on batters!
  18. Adams needs to take a deep breath here.
