Not sure if I’d say he went BIG, but at least he went this year. I’m glad they pushed in some chips and made the bullpen better while also giving the rotation more depth. 49 games left and anything can happen. Meaningful ball in August-September, LFG! -
Zoll and Tom told us they were going to be buyers, go after pitching (specifically bullpen). They did what they said they were going to do. 💯 agree with the OP - rotation and lineup need to get back on track for the Twins to make any noise in the Central and/or playoffs. Better season than I was expecting.

Always a lot of “ifs” with this club. I’ll add a few more: if we got 2025 Kremer, if Buck comes back and hits like he did when he got those ASG votes, if the offense can get some of their RISP-iness back.

Too bad they couldn’t get Caratini to the Yankees.

Alex Jackson - I always think about this guy when I hear this name

Bobby N: The trade deadline has passed and the Twins are done. They added relievers Jeff Hoffman, A.J. Minter and Tommy Nance, and starter Dean Kremer. https://www.startribune.com/minnesota-twins-mlb-trade-deadline-live-updates-rumors-bullpen-pitcher-trevor-larnach-news/601872870

If I wanted to beat the Twins, I’d start adding lefties too.

Varsho to the Astros, is Larnach safe?!?

Zach Neto Bob Nightengale says the Twins "would love to have" the Angels shortstop, adding an intriguing new wrinkle to the final hours before Monday's trade deadline.

Robbie Ray and Gausman didn’t cost that much. Zoll must’ve wanted that extra year of control that Kremer has?
-
Adell can play CF and crushes LHP. Seems like the Twins could’ve used someone like that. Unless they plan on calling up, you know who.

I just looked at his contract for ****s and giggles. He’s making $31.5m a year through 2031 🤮

They have any right handed bats that can hit a lefty?

Should Derek Shelton Have Loaded the Bases?

I looked it up and I thought it would be worse but surprisingly they’re only 19th in walks allowed. -

If Larnach was a little faster, that Naylor double might not have been a thing and it wouldn’t have mattered 😀
