  1. The players who adjusted their swings to elevate their fly balls will be hurt the most. Kepler's swing changed. I hope that sweet swing he came with returns.
  2. Is a 1.something mph increase really a spike? He sounds like a low risk guy though. Give him a locker for spring training.
  3. I wish I could get excited or even interested in these graphs. Old school. I know it and I admit it. The thrill of turning humans into data plots? Can you make them scratch and sniff with a hot dog aroma?
  4. Thank you, said all of our pitchers. A good signing.
  5. Hard to get excited about this. I think we could use a blast of excitement.
  6. Go big or go home. Come on Twins. Make some headlines.
  7. How about a trade ? Buxton for LeMahieu?
  8. Limping along with Arraez and Polanco up the middle can't be in our best interest.
  9. Guys retooled their swings for the juiced up baseball. Then they removed the ball from the game. Now we see more lazy fly ball outs. Hmmm. Kepler's swing is not the lovely swing we saw in his first couple of inspiring seasons. Who else? Rosie? Jorge? Guys paid a price for abandoning their swings. Imo
  10. I will miss Trevor May. I don't see an arm that will fill his spot.
  11. Old schooler here. It's hard to argue against these, or most, stats. But I can ignore them.
  12. I want a ss who can throw from deep in the hole. Range. And a bat to go with him.
  13. Hard to be an optimist about this.
  14. I don't see Turtle on next year's roster. Or Avila. One of them has to go.
  15. Shop til you drop. Yes. He is a hole in the lineup. Plug it.
  16. Always hate losing those low scoring games where the runs score in the first inning, then nothing more. But I suppose that is better than giving up 11 in the first inning.
  17. Jeffers. Alcala. Dobnak. Alcala stepped up. I am optimistic about his role coming out of the pen. But my vote would go to Jeffers.
  18. Some days I wanna erase this entire season. But the kids are knocking on the door. It wasn't our pitching that hurt us down the stretch. We had holes in our swings. Holes in our bats. Holes in the line up. I am ready for Someone else to play 1b. More contact please.
  19. Last year hitters retooled to hit the Bombas. Niw they need to retool to beat the shift. Not easy tasks Neither of them.
  20. 3 hits? Then 4 hits. Hard to score if you don't hit
  21. If we don't outslug them I think we are in trouble. I don't like our bullpen in tight low-scoring games. Arraez is the only hot bat we have. WTF is wrong with Jorge? Especially from the left side? Cruz? Slump. Sano? Lost in space. Garver? I cling to hoping.

  23. Maybe Donaldson could buy all of us fans robes too.
