That is asking to much of Terry, even if Pohlad approved spending 150 million to sign Masahiro, do you think he will keep the ole purse open to allow additional signings?, I like those guys also , but if would be estatic if we Got Tanaka this year and another quality starter next year...And even that is a pipe dream

So your saying if we have a glut of quality starting pitchers ,that is a bad thing?Or that we would be stuck with them, Or are you saying if we are stuck with bad pitching it will block the wave of kids coming up?You see the 5 Players I listed are all the kind of guys that Ryan likes , coming off bad seasons ,hurt or older part time players.As for Bronson , he would be an improvement over some we have pencilled in , but is just more of the same ,telling me that you cant teach an ole dog new tricks -

! of 2 things will happen , either Ryan and Gardy are joined at the hip , and as long as Ryan is here so is Gardenhire , or some time after the break they will fire Ron in hopes of increasing ticket sales in august , then hoping for September call ups to also increase sales I also expect jake mauer to be manager or promoted to a coach , so next year we can have double mauer bobble head day

While i dont believe the Twins will look out side the org. (I happen to think they should) There is Stienbach, Molitor, Mienkuweuieoiebvoeqvbqekdcbhjsdbch and even Jake Mauer.

Really, so there is no payments to the lower tier teams from the lux tax? there is not extra pick for the lower spending teams? so by reducing payroll 30 million, while losing 25 million in ticket sales and consession sales isint a gain? while it will be 40 million by the end of 2013 , the twins will reduce payroll another 30 million ,and add an extra 25 million in tv revenue. No one needs to feel sorry for the Pohlad family, when it comes to not making a profit....

Really? so these guys will stand in line for hours to sign an incentive ladden contract with a team who has lost over 90 plus for 3 seasons in a row?

And? we would have ended up with the same record, but for a couple of months in the winter had some hope, and maybe sold a few more season tickets.... since 2010 to the end of 2013 we will have lost around 40million in revenue... but actually gained in team profits

The problem with Gardy is the same as ryan , gardy puts players in positions to lose , instead of putting them in situations to win, this job is either as a schill to scuttle payroll or is beyond Terry capability

Well you could start by not signing Pelfrey, Corria and Harden , then trading for a unproven twice injurred under the knife starter.....just saying , then maybe he could of addressed the middle infield and brought in another centerfielder after trading away not 1 ,but 2 ,for a handful of majic beans....
