    Ryan did not leave...he was the senor advisor, he was deffered to on most if not all player transactions.....And now what does he do? he signs a pitcher 11 months removed from T.J. surgery, to a 1 year contract, no option no 2nd year and he pays over 6% of the teams payroll to do it...If Pelfrey improves enough to be traded, what do we recieve for a sore armed rental player? Terry takes money signs crap and turns it into a debit....Most general managers take money and turn them into assets...

    If you go to the mlb site you can read, his mismanagement of the pitching staff is the main culprit of his handling or responsibility of losing games, but he has made a few other mistakes , such as not bunt in certian situations....11 by count so far, now im not gonna say we win all 11 , but lets say we win 6 ? where would we be ....the fact Ron is doing better this year , just shows how incompetent he is

    My thoughts on justin is , bring up Colabello, and see if he can fill the spot, if not your better off offering justin a 2 year 15 million dollar deal,with maybe a 3rd year opption around 10 million
