    Yes 100% correct Terry Ryan would have spent every last dime....if players would accept 33%pay cuts sign 1 year contracts with a team option. You know like he pulled with Cuddyer,Kubel and Crapps, and only Matt bite on it , knowing he would not get another contract offer close to the 4 million...

    Except most players do not want to play for a mid market penny pinching losing team on a short or resonible contract... so if your going to get quality players , you have to pay to play.

    wow flipping burger is certainly like Gardy and his posse, wow get a grip, there what 4 or 5 coaches in the dugout , thats less then 2 players per coach, if you cant manage that , then eat seeds and sit in the stands with that other loser Ryan

    Making half a million a year,or in better words 1/6 of the average player? a player who last year was thrown into the position? Why do many people want to believe that management **** flowers and fart roses? I understand some whos living depends on spinning things to make there sources look good to keep there inside information flowing, but others who have nothing at stake to swallow as much of the companys kool aide , well thats a different story

    Whos the infield coach and what are there duties? Vavra(notebook of failure , or ullger im not a real coach but i stayed at a holiday inn once)

    Closer to 15 to 30 seconds , and if a coach and manager isint at least 2 or 3 batters ahead of the game then there just coasting and not working.

    Um yes, isint it the coaches and managers job to look at tapes and stats to see how certain batters are hitting and where?

    Personally id Appel fell to us at #4 , id have a contract ready and tell him every 5 minutes were dropping 100grand off the bonus ,take it or leave it ,then next year we would have the #5 and another top 10 pick and maybe if justin turns things around a suplimental pick as well

    For the 3rd round Carlos Salazar is very interesting player , with a 97mph fastball he is currently ranked in mlbs list in the high 60s , if we end up taking a bat in round 1 , i hope we go pitcher pitcher for rounds 2 and 3 , then maybe come back for 1 of those left handed hitting catchers for round 4

    What color is the sky in your world? is clearly a case of defend Mr. Gardenhire at all cost post.. Believe it or not , the other day I applauded him for having waldos back and getting kicked out defending and defusing his Rook. But he needs to play some better small ball , and manage his pitchers better. he has missed bunt situations and as far as ive seen cost us 3 games at least this season When Florimon stole 2nd , Dozier should have bunted him to 3rd, 1 out and your best hitter up?

    So your suggesting we play for a victory or 2 in August? Anyone remember how Nathan fared his 1st half , compared to the 2nd half after his return?If your not going to baby him back into being a 6 and 7 inning pitcher here , then send him down till july,and let him get it together in Rochester.....And by no means is the rotation Rons fault, that is squarely on ownership and Ryans shoulders, but the mismanagement of it belongs to Anderson and Gardenhire

    Well not all of us felt good about trading proven mlb players for a maybe and a posible .... At least when the now was ignored, as for Mr. Correia, is he this years R.A. Dickey? His career stats tells us he is a fast starter, dont get me wrong, i luv when he goes 7+ innings and gives up 2 or 3 runs,but i dont expect it to last and i expected better from our G.M..It was owed to us , as fans who bought 9 million tickets to the worst show in the American leaque ....even a broken watch is right twice a day , and once again Ryan got lucky so far....

    Well .500 was fun while it lasted, im guessing as long as Terry (short arms and low pockets) Ryan is employed as the Twins general manager we will not see .500 for another 23 months. Thanks Terry

    Ron Gardenhire was a very good coach , he has never been more then an ok manager. He had the most talent in a weak division, and never managed to get us past the 1st round of the playoffs, without checking , didnt we only win 1 game under him in the post season? So far this season i have seen several mismanaged moments, imcluding our last loss, instead of allowing parm to hit in the 8th facing a lefty , he should have pinch hit for him. Then wanting some innings for Hernandez , he has Pressly pitch more then 1 inning, and Hernandez only 1. And how did that turn out for pressly?
