6 pitchers and 3 catchers? how long does rotten Ronnie plan on managing the Twins?
  2. johnnydakota
While Brad Radke was 1 of my favorite Twins players, he was no Ace.... He was thrust into that role as most seasons we had nothing else....
  3. johnnydakota
It has also been reported that 7 of the first 10 picks will be pitchers...
  4. johnnydakota
Look who is running the asylem, same guy who kept Drew Butera over Joe Benson...
  5. johnnydakota
Interest in Butera? How about packaging him and Blackburn together and see if we can get 2 roundtrip greyhound tickets from Minneapolis to St Paul... No really if Drew has any value trade him...
  6. johnnydakota
I believe it is 700,000 and yes, he is the worst player on the 40 man roster, a 30 year old career .183 hitting catcher.....There is no reason to keep him
  7. johnnydakota
So we would DFA Colabelo and keep a 30 year old career .183 hitting catcher?
  8. johnnydakota
Disagree there Seth , i question why he was sent down ,when we need to find some one who can produce at 1b ....What message are the Twins sending when they worry about our 3rd string catcher , instead of finding out wether or not Colabelo is a contender or a pretender? What a wasted opperrtunity...I guess its just the Twins way. As for Chris being claimed , im betting he is grabbed up before he gets to the National leaque teams

And look and see who the 7th and 9th prospects were, we didnt have much then did we?
  10. johnnydakota
Remember this is Ron Gardenhire, he will shake things up in the middle of a winning streak.

I once caught 2 ground rule doubles ,that lawton hit in the same game at the dome
  12. johnnydakota
I wonder , since plouffe didnt play , can they retroactive put him on the 15 day DL?
  13. johnnydakota
To many innings in the majors, to qualify perhaps?
  14. johnnydakota

Hey Jeremy ,what can you tell me about rhp 18 y o Carlos Salazar?

for a kid to throw this hard with 4 pitches , he seems to not be ranked very high .

    thanks

  19. johnnydakota

What can you tell me about Carlos Salazar, the 18 year old out of cali who throws 97mph?

and why isint he ranked higher? thanks

  20. johnnydakota
And hows that working out so far this season?
  21. johnnydakota
Kind of like owning a car, while you have to put gas in to make it go , if you dont add oil and transmission fluids , so your car breaks down , just as the twins have .Terry Ryan has down graded every player since his return , refusing to add quality through free agency , and now proclaiming bewilderment as to why we arent leading the division
  22. johnnydakota
Yes after all it isint like the team is saving that money to make a run after a championship .So instead of taking a chance on a quality pitcher lets just make a larger profit for ownership FYI Kids born after our last championship are bar hopping now
  23. johnnydakota
Having to much pitching, hmmm i guess we could always trade 1 for a shortstop or 2b if we ever were in that situation
  24. johnnydakota
Was deffinatly the right move to protect a 30 year old career.186 catcher, when we have so many centerfielders in our system....just what message is Terry Ryan sending with this move? Butt kissers are move valued then players who have a posible up side? we are building for the future, but not at the expense of the good ole boy network...
  25. johnnydakota
Isint that tampering? Why would the Red Sox even have a say in any player till its there turn to draft?
