    Catching should be number one priority , I hope they get it right ... Picking the best available ranked player isn't always the best way to go when your in the middle of the pecking order ... They need a catcher ...

    Congratulations for the selection to the futures game culpepper , good to know we have a healthy player with the tools to play mlb baseball maybe next year ... Can't forget Jenkins either , let's hope he stays healthy and make a case to be in mlb baseball maybe in September or out of spring training next year ...

    What to do with Ober ??? Have him throw as a lefthander 😅 ... Seriously I don't think anyone really knows , they keep trotting him out every fifth day and the results haven't been good ... Does he have an injury or not , that is the question , if he did wouldn't you think management would use that excuse on his ineffectiveness that he's pitching through an injury ...

    Twins had a disadvantage right from the start , bad lineup management against a very very good lefty ... 2 hits , France and Bader , what is wrong with the twins system of developing hitters ... Skubal was good but the twins helped him out at swinging at alot of pitches they couldn't handle , Lee struck out twice with pitches in his eyes for example ... It was what everyone expected from Skubal , that he would dominate the twins , even their bullpen held up the shutout , the twins hitters were all worn̈ out facing Skubals nasty stuff ... Detroit is the better team and they took the series with players i would like to have on the twins roster ...

    What again ... That's all folks , the outcome was just as I expected , skubal was definitely Cy young tonight but our hitters helped him some ... Detroit has a good team , the twins do not ... Detroit has a good manager, the twins do not ...

    Skubal is a tough lefty , Rocco has protected ( if you want to call it that ) wallner from difficult lefties , he's given wallner chances against not so dominant lefties ... But I agree with you that they should fire Rocco , it would help to make the season more of a success , adios amigo you are not a major league manager , sorry I couldn't resist ...

    Sure has been alot of warnings and a few tornadoes this year , even up here we had a tornado touch down in gull lake , Nissawa ... I had 3 warnings come across my phone on that storm , I have never heard a constant rumble like that before , it did sound like a locomotive or train as some say , the constant rumble lasted 30 minutes roughly ...

    Terry Ryan is an intelligent baseball executive ... Ryan took alot of risk in the first round , he took alot of pitchers that didn't fulfill their potential ... I don't hold that against him like some do , every team needs pitching and Ryan's need of acquiring pitching was through the draft or some trades , he probably did better at trades for pitching than drafting pitchers in the first round ..

    What about the 18 game losing streak in the playoffs , I'm sorry butcl it can't get anymore embarrassing than that ... We did manage a divisional win in 2023 and a playoff run that us fans were in jubilation in winning 1 series with Toronto and even getting to play astros , but the team has gone backwards except for the pitching ever since ... Winning the division isn't the only path to the playoffs but it's what i gauge a contending team to be , wild cards are just that , you get lucky on pretending ... I play to win , This team has no business being in the playoffs this year ... Thanks for your thoughts ...

    Better crank up the air conditioning for tonight's game , gotta have a cool even temper with skubal pitching ... I'm in northern Minnesota , we had thunder storms and rain last night , some very loud thunder , where was the tornado warnings ???

    We will have to get creative , we will have to wait and see , those are words from our FO , NOW they are inactive and lost focus on making a winning team ... Standing pat is not the answer , the players aren't evaluated thoroughly and remain on the roster underperforming for far to long ... They continue to hype the prospects only to have some of them fail in our eyes ... the loser identity is not what I am looking for ...

    I agree Wentz should be gone , every outing he has given up runs , today he pitched 1 2/3rd innings walked 4 , hits 3 , runs 3 ... 4 outings for the twins and none of them have proven he can mop up the starters mess but has added to it ... Another in a long list of players the FO hopes can be a diamond in the ruff ... And as for Ober , if he is pitching with a lower injury that's not good on the arm as he might over compensate for the lower injury only to suffer a arm injury ...

    The biggest surprise was Castro laying down a perfect sacrifice clutch bunt last night June 27th ... Buxton scored , well executed , need more of that ... What I'm not surprised about is the malarkey that falvey and Rocco continue to tell the fans and never implement them , maybe July is the month they start changing their ways ....

    I didn't get a chance to watch but caught just a bit here and there on the radio ... When the twins lose they lose big , can't wait for the calendar to turn to July and we have a more prosperous July ... It's just about the end of June and I stated at the beginning of June that we would have an identity by the end of the month of June , just no way the twins back into a wild-card slot , nor would I want them to just to be embarrassed ... It's win the division or go home , just like in the olden days ...
