    I liked what I saw from Prielipp tonight , it would have been a near quality performance if not for the umpires , I always thought 2 heads were better than one , but 4 heads couldn't get it right ...

    Watkins waved home to many players that never got tag out at the plate but 12 feet from it ... Never understood watkins would send a slow runner to his death at home but he would hold a speedy runner a third ... So far so good for Borrego ...

    This one was ugly because the twins are lacking pitching of any kind from the bullpen ... I was happy last night with the way they played the game ... Tonight it was wallners night , 2 hits and his first homerun for quite sometime , the only other hit was a check swing double by keaschall ... I was not happy with tonight's performance ... Embarrassing ugly loss tonight ...

    I just heard Correa out for the season , injured right ankle , not the one everyone was worried about ... We are paying Correa 10 million ,, don't spend it all in one place

    I was so happy with last night's game , tonight not so much ... 2 bullpen arms so far tonight , I wonder if funderburk is 1 an done or will shelton bring him back out for another inning ...

    A good game , a relaxing game , twins were patient and worked Washington's pitcher ... The twins had plenty of walks and hits for plenty of action , Buxton finally got a hit with runner's in scoring position , the hit was a 3 run homerun and broke a 0-20 hitless streak with runners in scoring position , bottom of the lineup added the early runs ... Bradley had a good game ... Royce Lewis did not have a good game ...

    I can't believe Garcia is still a twin , he had almost a clean inning but double play got him out of it ... I guess the twins want to see if there is anything left in the tank ...

    I'd like to see the twins hitters hit to the opposite field , they've learned to be patient and take walks , now they just need to hit to all fields , nice double the opposite way by Lee It's a good game !!!

    Morris pitched great going in cold after Ryan's departure , so many injuries to the pitching ... I didn't watch the game but heard some parts on the radio , topa did make it interesting or made everyone nervous in top of ninth , our offense scored 4 runs that turned out to be enough ... Glad the twins won , glad they split the series ... Day off tomorrow , the bullpen needs the rest ...

    Pohlads called Terry Ryan's tenure a total system failure ... They haven't come out and said anything negative about the Falvey's administration but I'm sure they are regretting the colossal failure he has brought to this organization ... Falvey emphasized the development of starting pitching as a priority but neglected the spending on the bullpen, developing defense and offense , once he hired Rocco and the two collaborated together with a plan , it just didn't work out ... A colossal failure ...
