  1. I found this, It goes like this: Team B @ Team A Team C @ Winner of A/B Angels would have first selection, followed by Astro's, then Twins. Basically it would be Twins @ Astro's then Angels @ Winner of Twins or Astro's.
  2. How's #1 work? Let's assume they choose it, play the Twins first and lose. What next? Twins host the Astro's? Other way around? Also in #2 who gets to host the Twins/Astro's game?
  3. Sogard just cleared the bases on a double. A's up 3-1 v Angels.
  4. 0 Runs Allowed= Shrimp 1 Runs Allowed = Sausage 2+ Runs Allowed= Chicken
  5. The garlic breath image made me vomit a little...
  6. I prefer the sausage, so...however many votes you assign me for sausage.
  7. I doubt these are the lineups. Isn't this what the Twins just had?
  8. Not superstitious if it works?
  9. Flying to Chicago and then Houston in two days probably drains his endurance pretty quickly (and then he would need to sit a day).
  10. Isn't the reason everybody is saying Berrios isn't pitching in the bigs because of IP? So it is about bullpen use, just not directly. IF Antony said something along those lines (which we haven't seen BTW) then he would be contradicting himself.
  11. True, but that's not what I was responding too. I was responding to whether the IP seems to be a factor, specifically if Antony said that it was. On face value, it does not. It seems they are monitoring to see if this could mess up his future, but agree there were (and I assume still are) no indications it would cause an injury or the such.
  12. Strange because this happened while talking about Berrios... “He wasn’t a guy we had listed about worrying about innings count this year,” Antony said. “Sometimes the way they’re going tells you if they’re getting tired and you need to slow it down to avoid injury, but he hasn’t shown any of those signs.” http://blogs.twincities.com/twins/2015/08/09/twinsights-surging-jose-berrios-has-the-attention-of-twins-bosses/
  13. How is pitching the strength? I would only want Liriano.
  14. This is also almost to the T Mike Schmidt's career line. I would take a Mike Schmidt-caliber hitter for reasons other then that's my name.
  15. I'm OK with the Twins not doing much. Let them pay the offseason price for a catcher and bullpen help. Let Polanco play at SS and see what we have got there. If he hits and fields we got our man. If he hits, but doesn't field he is tradeable.
  16. He's a utility guy. Nunez cost about the same. I don't think they are in high demand.
  17. I was at that game. I was watching and just wondering if he was trying to trap him or something, but no, he wasn't even aware.
  18. Two Words. Gambler's Fallacy. They aren't playing as well as they should be right now. It's not regression it's bad performance (luck?)
  19. Situation to think about. Dozier to SS (I know). Polanco to 2B. Probably more of an Offseason move.
  20. It's through Steam so it is auto-patched. So mine is up to date I believe.
  21. Yea I play it often. Oddly he wouldn't take Nolasco when I actually pulled open the screen.
  22. I was playing OOTP and this happened. I guess it can happen
