    Wow. Falvey and Levine - soooo disappointed. Give them a team and the number one pick, and they take a # 7 or lower. No guts no glory. Who needs pitching anyway. Better to get a HIGH SCHOOL SHORTSTOP THAT HAS A NOODLE ARM and give him millions to play in the minors. I hate this.

    I wonder why Buxton was pulled? Perhaps for striking out on horrible pitches the last two at bats? Hurt? No need for anymore defense this game?

    Castro sure has some troubles catching the ball this season.

    Span never would dive for the ball. That damn butt slide for the Santana ball..... it should have been caught. Span never had the right stuff. I am so glad we have outfielders now that will dive and slide on their belly for a catch! I don't miss Span at all....... but Aaron Hicks is another subject.

    All I am saying is........ that I would rather have a bright star that burns quick, and shines bright, than a long term innings eater middle of the road pitcher.

    Don't you just love the strategy of being so bad you get the number one pick, and then you take a number 9 at number 1, just to save a couple million to pay a 30 something? And you totally don't take advantage of the number one overall pick. Not my style.
